SEARCH MISSION CONTINUES FOR THREE MISSING AMERICAN CONTRACTOR’S

A joint operation involving American, Iraqi and Iranian officials is underway for three missing American contractors that went missing sometime late Friday from a Bagdad apartment, Officials are still unclear if this was their interpreters apartment or whether it was a brothel, no matter the circumstances American officials just want the missing trio to be returned back to American custody unharmed and safe. As the investigation continues investigators are still unclear if these three missing contractors were lured away from the apartment or whether this was a strategic kidnapping;

The men were identified as two Iraqi-Americans and one Egyptian-American, Further research has led us to learn that the missing trio all worked for a security service company called Sallyport, according to the security firms website Sallyport was Founded in 2003, they’re a turnkey provider of security services and mission support worldwide, enabling public and private sector clients to safely and efficiently accomplish their mission in any global location. their company delivers complex security and full-cycle mission support services facilitating client operations in challenging, remote, austere environments. the company specializes in supporting clients conducting business in high-threat, conflict, or unrest areas with integrated security and mission support solutions customized to meet specific client requirements and readily adapted to emergent political, security, regulatory or environmental risks.

In less than a decade, Sallyport's work has taken them from the oil fields and air bases of Iraq through South Sudan to the camps of Afghanistan, in addition to 25 other locations in the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa regions with over 100 programs successfully completed. ​

However citing an unnamed official, CNN said the employer of the missing Americans reported them missing.

All of the officials involved in this case continue to sweep through the al-Saha part of the Dora neighborhood however officials are still unclear if these three missing contractors are still in the Dora neighborhood or if their kidnappers have led them to another location no matter where these missing contractors are officials will continue to search for them until they are safely recovered.

The victims were identified by media reports as Iraqis who had acquired U.S. citizenship. The Washington Post listed them as two men and one woman; all who are contractors at the Baghdad airport.

The Associated Press reports that the Kidnappings in Iraq have been carried out by the Islamic State and Shiite militias as well as criminal gangs demanding ransom payments, or by disgruntled employees seeking to resolve workplace disputes, no matter the circumstances the U.S State Department will continue their joint efforts with both Iraqi and Iranian officials to ensure the three missing contractors are returned back to American Custody unharmed and safe.
